Know where your business stands before you ask for capital.
CapFit reads your financial statements, asks what your accounts cannot answer, and shows you what a capital provider would see. You decide what to do with it.
CapFit is not a lender and does not arrange finance.
The problem this solves
You find out what was missing after you have already asked
Most founders learn what a capital provider wanted only once the conversation has gone cold. By then the gap is the same, but the opportunity has moved on.
Your accounts do not say what providers actually assess
A balance sheet shows position. It does not show whether your earnings can carry more borrowing, or which of your figures a reviewer will question first.
Generic advice does not fit your numbers
Checklists and templates are written for an average business. Yours is not average, and the parts that matter are the ones specific to it.
How it works
1. Give us your figures
Upload your statements and we read them for you, or enter the figures directly. You confirm every figure before anything is worked out from it.
2. Answer what your accounts cannot
A short set of questions covering the things a reviewer asks and no statement records. All choices, nothing to write.
3. Read what it means
You get a Capital Readiness Report: what is working in your favour, what will hold you back, and what would change it. Every figure shows where it came from.
What you get
Built from your confirmed figures
Nothing is derived from a number you have not agreed. Where a figure is missing, we say so rather than estimating around it.
It shows its working
Every conclusion states what it rested on and what was missing. You can see why the assessment reached what it reached.
It tells you what it does not know
Where the evidence does not support a conclusion, CapFit withholds it and explains why. An absent figure describes what we hold, never your business.
Provider-neutral throughout
CapFit names no bank, no NBFC and no institution. It describes structures and characteristics, so the assessment is about your business rather than someone's product.
Your statements, rebuilt
Income statement, balance sheet and a reconstructed cash flow, assembled from the figures you confirmed and reconciled where they can be.
Yours to keep
The report stays in your account and can be printed or exported whenever you need it.

Does CapFit lend money or arrange finance?
No. CapFit is an assessment platform. It does not lend, does not arrange finance, does not introduce you to providers and takes no part in any funding decision.
Is the Indicative Borrowing Capacity an offer?
No. It is an estimate derived from your own figures under assumptions that are shown to you alongside it. It is not an offer, an approval, a sanction, or a prediction of what any provider will do.
Do you work with particular banks or NBFCs?
No. CapFit names no institution anywhere in the product. The assessment describes structures and characteristics, not providers.
What if I do not have complete financials?
You can still complete an assessment. Where a figure is missing, CapFit says what it could not work out and why, rather than estimating around the gap.
Who can see my figures?
Your assessment belongs to your account. Our own analysts can review an assessment to support it; nothing is shared with any capital provider by CapFit.
How long does an assessment take?
That depends on how readily your figures are to hand. You can stop and return at any point — the assessment keeps everything you have entered.
Do I have to pay to use it?
No. The assessment is free to complete. Payment is only for the full report, and only when you choose it.
